Ms. Zoey decided to go through the diaper bag, take out a baggie of cheerios, spill it on the floor, and hey why not grab a few. Moments after I had just vacuumed the house. Perfect timing!!!!!!

So this year I decided to take julianna to paint her first ornament. I thought it would be a cute tradition, and great to see how her artistic expression evolves with time. So Jess, what do the colors say about her??

Double take

i didn't realize how much they looked alike until i saw pictures of julianna when she was younger. in here julianna is almost nine months old an zoey is almost ten months. Currently they look so completely different, yet amazingly, are both the spitting image of me!!!

Both julianna and zoey are scared of santa, maybe they know he's not the one buying the presents... hmmm, anyways we were in line at santa's house julianna was okay, kinda excited, until she saw him sitting on his throne. she froze and started to cry, she did not even want to pass by him. we thought zoey would do better so we sat her on his lap, but no, she too cried when she realized he was looking at her. just sat her there long enough to get the picture.

well we have had a very blessed year!!!! we pray that 2007 be a year of great blessings for you and your family. We pray that it be filled with love and laughter, with material and financial blessings but mostly with spiritual blessings. May 2007 be the year that you do great things for our Lord!

Julianna- the helper

Julianna loves to help around the house. she wants to help me with the dishes, "No mami, nana do it" she put sthe clothes in the dryerfor me, and taxis zoey around. i'm hoping by age four she can start dinner.....

Zoey 9 months

Zoey is now crawling all over the house and standing herself up on everything. She'd rather be on the floor than anywhere else. She went for her 9 month physical two weeks ago. She is now weighing 24lbs and 29in long. Luckily the doctor that saw her is not concerned about her weight. funny story about the pic on the right..... like i said she is all over the place. so i am on the phone with jess and all of a sudden i see zoey by the fridge. so instead of rushing to pick her up, i tell jess that zoey is licking the fridge cause she catches her reflection (even she finds herself so cute she wants to kiss herself). so jess says take a picture... and sadly i do. had this been my firstborn i would have picked her up as soon as i saw her around the kitchen and washed her mouth, so she'd be germ free. I'm thinking of just wrapping some towels around zoey's knees and letting her clean the floor for me. it's tough being the second child. i'm kidding, i'm not really going to wrap towels around her.

Back on...

well i finally got myself another camera. The girls are doing great. Zoey is now crawling all around the house and she is starting to pull herself up. She is growing so fast. Julianna continues to learn new things. Today when I called her, she replied "dime mami" (pronounced di-meh) translates to tell me. usually she'd answer si mami (yes mami).
